Do I need to register to place an order?

No. You can enter your details and check out as a guest.


How much are the shipping costs?

Domestic shipping within Germany costs € 6,50.
International shipping to all listed European countries costs € 16,50.
For all other destinations please contact us.


When will my order arrive?

You will receive your order within 3-5 working days if you are located in Germany.
For international shipping, it depends on the shipping zone. In general it takes 3 to maximum 8 working days.


Can I track my order during the shipment?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your DHL tracking number.


Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. Your can choose a different delivery address during check out.


Can I pick up my goods personally?

Yes, if you are located in the area around Saarbruecken, you have the possibility to pick up your goods at our warehouse and save the shipping costs. Please ask us via hello@arvaliving.com.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card and PayPal.
(And cash if you pick up your goods at our warehouse.)


Are all ARVA Living products available at any time?

No. We have a very limited stock and our collections are constantly changing. Most of our items are unique pieces that cannot be reproduced. First come, first serve. What's sold out, is sold out. So better don't hesitate for too long! ;)


Do you do custom orders?

It depends. For special needs, we are able to source desired products or to produce custom design exclusively for you. Please contact us for more information.


I am not sure which items fit with my home or what present I should get for my friend / sister / mum. Could you assist me to make a choice?

My goods have flaws and imperfections. Is that normal?

At ARVA Living we believe in simplicity, quality and the beauty in imperfection. Imperfections & flaws are the mark of our hard working artists and artisans and should be celebrated! This is what makes every piece truly unique.


How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately to cancel your order and prevent shipment. If your order has been sent already, you will need to follow the usual returns procedure.

ARVA Living was founded by Lisa, a creative soul from the south-west of Germany. She has a deep passion for interior design and is always on the hunt to find new treasures for you. A small team supports her to handle the daily operations.

Where and how are the ARVA Living goods produced?

All items are designed and created across the Indonesian archipelago and 100% handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail. We prefer slow and ethical manufacturing and want to impact the world for good. That is the reason why we work directly with local craftsmen and artists and support exclusively small family-run workshops. We know all our artisan partners personally and are proud to call them our friends. They are incredibly talented and we love to support them!
